THE PURSUIT OF BETTER PERFORMANCE

What happens beneath performance?

Radinio Balker explores the recovery, nutrition, technology, and everyday decisions that shape an athletes ability to perform

THE ATHLETE'S PERSPECTIVE

WHY I STARTED LOOKING CLOSER

Football has taught me that performance is rarely about one moment. What happens on matchday is shaped by everything that comes before it.

Over the course of my career, I've become increasingly curious about what happens beneath performance — recovery, nutrition, sleep, technology, and the everyday decisions that shape an athlete over time.

I started this platform to look closer. To investigate the questions I have as an athlete, learn from people who understand them, and share what I discover along the way.
